Smoked Pulled Pork Tocos 

Marinade ingredients 

1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
Minced onions
Minced garlic
1 Tsp Cumin
1/8 tsp Cayenne 
Cavender’s Greek Seasoning
1 pk. Goya pork Seasoning 
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 
1 1/2 lb Pork Tenderloin

Tina’ Slaw

16 Oz Bag Of Tri- Shredded Cabbage, red Cabbage & Carrots 
Fresh Chopped Parsley 
Chopped Green Onions
Dressing:
White Wine Vinegar 
Dukes Mayonnaise 
Salt & Pepper
Fresh Lemon Juice

Mission White Corn Tortillas
1 Avocado 
Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce

Marinade Pork for 1 1/2 hours
Smoke Pork @ 225 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until fork tender

Directions:
Mix shredded cabage, carrots, chopped green onions and chopped parsley 
1 cup of Dukes Mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar, 1/4 cup lemon juice,
Salt & Pepper to taste 
Sliced Avocado pour a little lemon juice over it too keep it from turning brown, add salt & pepper
Use a skillet add a little vegetable oil and lightly fry you Tortillas 
Pull your Pork place it in the center of the Tortilla, add fresh slaw and a slice of Avocado then top it off with sweet baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
