Roasted Cornish Hen With Jerk Rice & Steamed Broccoli 

Cornish Hen Ingredients:
1 Tyson Cornish Hen
Cavenders Greek Seasoning 
3Tlbs Olive Oil

Jerk Rice Ingredients:
1 Cup of Neilly’s Jerk Rice & Black Bean Mix
2 1/4 Cups water
1/2 tsp of Sea Salt
4 Tbls Of Butter

Broccoli Ingredients:
Jolly Green Giant Frozen Broccoli 
Melted Butter
Sea Salt to your taste

Buttermilk Corn Bread Ingredients:
Krusteaz Southern Cornbread
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Buttermilk
1/3 Cup of Butter
1/4 tsps of Sea salt 
1/3 Cup of Self Rising Flour
2 Tbls Of Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Roast Cornish Hen @ 375° About 1 hour or until done

Add Jerk Rice Mix with water into a rice cooker, add Salt & Butter
Steam Broccoli as directed on bag add melted Butter & Salt
Preheat oven @ 375° Add cornbread mix and flour into a large bowl, add eggs, buttermilk , butter & salt
Add vegetable oil to your oven skillet and heat oil in the oven for about a minute, pour 
cornbread mix in, cook for about 30 minutes or until done
