Fire Cider Hangover Tonic/Marinade & Chowder 

It helps with anti-flammatory, anti-viral, antibacterial, antifungal, arthritis, diabetes, allergies, weight loss, blood pressure, cholesterol, heart disease, motion sickness, flu, colds, tonsillitis, urinary track infections, metabolism, headaches, sinuses, breaks up kidney stones, heals skin conditions. Take One or Two Tlbs Daily



Ingredients:
2 large Horse Radish
1 large Ginger Root
1 large Onion
2 Lemons
2 large Garlic Cloves
2 Tbls Of Turmeric or 1 Tumeric Root
1 Bunch of Parsley 
2 Tsps Cayenne Pepper
16 ounces of Briggs Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Of Local Raw Honey

Directions:
With a kitchen grater grated or shred first Seven ingredients, add Briggs Apple Cider Vinegar & Local Honey pour into a large glass jar with a plastic lid,
The reason I do is because it will tarnish a metal lid
I use a Nescafé Clasico jar. Every day for two weeks shake it up.  It will keep in the refrigerator up to a year.
I love this stuff and eat it as a Chowder, and use it as my go to Marinade.
