Stuffed Collards

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
1 Bunch Of Collard Greens
1 Large Onion
1 Cup Of Rice
2 Tbls Of Butter 
2 Cups Of Water
2 Cans Of Tomato Sauce
1/8 cup of Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Of Minced Garlic
Sea Salt
Cavenders Greek Seasoning

Directions:
Cook rice as directed add butter, water, & salt, let cool
Wash greens cut the hard part of the center stem out, set aside about 15 good leaves 
Add rice, chopped onion & Cavenders to ground beef, until well mixed 
Place about 1/3 cup on each leaf, wrap tucking leaf sides in, 
place them in a caseroles dish
Mix tomato sauce, garlic & lemon juice add salt to your taste, in a separate bowl pour sauce over the top 
Cover with tinfoil Cook @  375° Simmer about 1 hour
